SpecSimple.com’s Save A Sample! is pleased to announce the Student Hand-Drawing Competition. Hand-drawing emphasizes a slow, deliberative process of observance, thought, evaluation, and creation that - when fused with an unprecedented level of skill  elevates simple drawing into art.  Save A Sample! looks to celebrate this art form and encourages exceptional examples of student hand drawings with our annual Student Hand-Drawing Competition.  

Save A Sample! will offer one Grand Prize scholarship of $1,000, as well as first prize City scholarships of $250 per event location. One prize will be awarded per event location. The school attended by our Grand Prize winner will also receive $500.  

In order for students to be eligible for a Save A Sample! Scholarship, they must be currently enrolled as a design student at a participating Save A Sample! School.  Each school can submit a maximum of two entries.

Simply take photos of the samples arriving, submit your photos to the Save A Sample! coordinator and we will select the best photo.
